Account DELETION POLICY
At RWP (Rides With Purpose), we value your privacy and provide you with full control over your personal data. If you decide to stop using our platform, you can delete your account and all associated information at any time.
Important Information Before You Delete
● Permanence:
Deleting your account is a permanent action. Once completed, your profile and history cannot be recovered.
● Data Removal:
All personal information, including your scheduled availability, booking history, and progress logs, will be permanently erased from our active database.
● Active Requests:
We recommend completing or canceling any pending booking requests before initiating account deletion.
How to Delete Your Account
You can request account deletion through the following two methods:
Method 1: Within the RWP App
1. Open the RWP app and log into your account.
2. Go to the Profile or Settings menu.
3. Scroll to the bottom and select “Delete Account.”
4. Confirm your request through the security prompt.
5. Your data will be instantly removed from our active servers.
Method 2: Online Request (Web)
If you have already uninstalled the app or cannot access your account, you can initiate a deletion request via our website:
1. Go to our Account Deletion Page.
2. Alternatively, send an email to info@rwpapp.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request.”
3. Please provide the email address associated with your RWP account.
4. Our support team will verify your identity and process the deletion within 7 business days.
Data Retention & Compliance
Following an account deletion request, RWP removes all user-identifiable data. However, we may retain certain anonymized information or specific data points if required by law or for legitimate legal and financial record-keeping (such as record of past service agreements). All retained data is handled strictly in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].
